Pay by appointment or purchase a money-saving membership for pediatric primary care.
Payment in full is required prior to the start of your visit.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
We do not accept insurance; we will, however, provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement according to your policy.
