Bianca is a trusted expert in child health and wellness. Her expertise extends beyond clinical care as she focuses on education and advocacy for health promotion and disease prevention. Recently relocating to Puerto Rico in 2022, Bianca continues to offer support and guidance to children, parents, and caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to keep their families healthy.

Dr. Lisette Berrios Ortiz is a board-certified medical professional specializing in Family Medicine, Medical Management, Quality and Utilization Management, and Medical Education, with over two decades of experience advancing patient-centered care and clinical education in Puerto Rico.
Since 2019, Dr. Berrios Ortiz has served as a Primary Care Physician at Centro del Caribe del Norte in Dorado, PR, delivering community-based primary care across diverse settings, including office visits, patients’ homes, and nursing facilities. Dr. Berrios Ortiz provides comprehensive services including acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and advance care planning, while closely collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and social workers to ensure the highest standard of patient safety and quality outcomes.
Dr. Berrios Ortiz holds a Doctor of Medicine license (2002), with specialization in Family Medicine and Medical Management, and is a Certified Utilization Medical Reviewer (2005). Additionally, she maintains certifications as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS, 1984) and a Registered Radiation Therapist Technologist (RRTT, 1982), reflecting a multidisciplinary clinical foundation.
Dr. Berrios Ortiz is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication and culturally competent care across diverse patient populations.
In addition to a passion for medicine, Dr. Berrios Ortiz is deeply involved in canine-assisted therapy. As a founding member of Puerto Rico Therapy Dogs, they have spearheaded the development of Canine Therapy Programs at the Puerto Rico Veterans Hospital Nursing Facility in San Juan and the Puerto Rico Children’s Hospital in Bayamón, bringing emotional support and comfort to patients of all ages.
